✽ what is a preorder?
pre-ordering our products means you are paying for the item BEFORE it is made, therefore it won't ship to you immediately, but will ship to you after it has been ordered, manufactured and shipped to us. this is a great opportunity because it guarantees your product before anyone else can buy! once received, we package your product with love and ship it via USPS. manufacturing our products takes a month to a month and a half to produce, so please be patient! this does not include any unforeseen issues or delays, which might push the date.
✽ processing time
we try our best to ship as fast as possible when our products arrive, but please be mindful that we are independent owners, and therefore do not have a large team! please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
✽ international shipping
we do accept international shipping, which will usually be more expensive and take longer to arrive. as an all-inclusive brand, we made sure to allow shipping outside the united states, so our shipping prices are based on your location and weight of your package! please be mindful when purchasing that we are not upcharging! these prices are calculated straight through USPS.
although we do not allow refunds, we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong. therefore if your package comes damaged, broken, or anything of that nature, please email us at email@example.com and we can try to resolve the issue as best as we can!
✽ cancellation policy
you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. please note we process orders as quickly as possible so to reach out right away.
✽ what is "pre-shipment"
pre-shipment means your label has been printed and your package is on its way to the post office for drop off! if we incur a large influx of orders, we print out dozens of labels at once and assemble as we go. please allow 1-2 days for an update.
once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out.
✽ missing/damaged items/etc.
although we do not allow refunds, we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong. therefore if your package comes damaged, broken, or you are missing an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to resolve the issue as best as we can!
✽ change of address
please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and correct address. please note we process orders as quickly as possible so do reach out right away.
✽ delivery issues
if your tracking number says delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. in the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to USPS.
although we are not responsible for lost packages, you are welcome to email us and we will assist you to the best of our ability!
